Secure external sharing
Share a single document with a client outside your firm in one click. They receive a one-time secure link by email — no account required — watermarked with their identity the moment they open it, fully logged, and revocable by an admin at any time.
Session watermarking
Every page is watermarked in real-time with the viewer's name, user ID, session token, IP address, and timestamp — burned directly into the rendered image, not overlaid on the PDF. Unlike static watermarks, this cannot be removed by editing the original file. If a document is ever captured or shared, every page permanently identifies who had access.

We know security is non-negotiable. Here are the questions we get asked most.

Where is data stored and is it encrypted?
Your documents are stored securely in isolated tenant environments. All data is transmitted over TLS-encrypted connections — your documents are never exposed in transit. Each client's files are completely isolated from other accounts. No document data is ever shared across clients.
What happens if someone forwards a staff login link?
Every staff session is bound to the authenticated user. If someone else opens the link, they are required to log in with their own credentials before seeing any document. No document is ever accessible without authentication. This is separate from the one-time links used for external client sharing — those are watermarked to the specific recipient the moment they're opened and can be revoked by an admin at any time.
Do you store the original files we upload?
Yes — your documents are stored securely on your server and never served directly to clients. Word and Excel files are automatically converted to a secure PDF format on upload; the original file is not retained after conversion. Every page is rendered server-side as a secured image, and the raw file never reaches the client's browser, device, or cache.
